as docking, weaning and the annual sale. The pair agree they’re
          proud of the welcoming feel of their sale, which was always a
          “total team effort”.
            Lisa grew up on a dairy farm with a Holstein-Friesian stud
          and met Dean in 1990 through Young Farmers.
            “We had a lot of fun and met a lot of cool people. We also did
          a lot of showing, following the local shows. It was a good way
          to promote your cattle and measure them up against others.
          Camaraderie was always good too,” they laugh.
