The Vendor is responsible for the completion and recording of the transfer of any animal. Declaration of transfer not received by the registry within 30 days of such transfer will have to be specially considered and if found necessary a fine for delay will be levied.
  1. Print correct initials and name of purchaser, particularly
    where animal is purchased by partnership or company.
  2. Seller must sign personally and also give address
    and herd number.
  3. If female being transferred is not in-calf the words
    'NOT SERVED' are to be shown in the service space.
  4. Transfer fees, payable by the purchaser.
